# Niyojan

> Niyojan turns WhatsApp groups into structured operations intelligence for Indian event planners and Ganesh mandals. It reads the messages a team already sends and automatically captures vendor payments, task commitments, and escalations — with no new app to install and nothing for the team to learn.

Niyojan works inside the WhatsApp groups an organisation already uses. An AI layer reads each message and turns it into a live record: vendor payments and quotes, tasks and commitments (with owners), decisions, and urgent escalations. It serves two audiences:

- **Wedding and event planners** in India, who coordinate vendors, payments, and tasks across WhatsApp groups, often for several events at once.
- **Sarvajanik Ganesh mandals** (Ganeshotsav committees) in Maharashtra, who collect vargani (donations), track expenses, and manage cash and bank — usually on paper registers today.

Key facts: works in existing WhatsApp groups; no separate app; free to get started; each organisation gets an isolated, encrypted session; supports English, Hindi/Hinglish, and Marathi messages.
